Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is Malaysia's number one esports title by viewership and active player count. The MPL Malaysia league brings together the country's top eight teams in a round-robin and playoff format, with matches broadcast every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
At EVO888, MPL Malaysia markets consistently rank among the highest by betting volume — and for good reason. Many Malaysian bettors follow MPL closely, understand each team's playstyle, know who the main carries are, and can spot who's underperforming this season. That kind of specific knowledge translates into a genuine edge when making betting decisions.
EVO888 offers over 30 different markets for every MPL match — from overall series winner and map handicap to first map winner, first blood, total kills in a single game, top kill hero, and who secures the first Lord. If you follow MPL seriously, the opportunities are right here.

Practical strategies to improve your chances of winning in esports betting
The meta in MLBB shifts with every patch. A team that dominates the current meta may have struggled in the previous one. Before placing bets on MPL matches, check the latest patch notes and analyse each team's hero pool for a more informed decision.
Read MoreEvery Valorant team has a different map pool — some dominate on Haven but struggle on Bind. Before betting on map handicap or first map winner markets, check each team's win rate on the scheduled maps. That data can give you a meaningful edge.
Read MoreEsports can be far more unpredictable than traditional sports — upsets happen more often. The best strategy is to cap your daily bets at no more than 5% of your total bankroll, and avoid placing more than 2–3 markets simultaneously in a single match.

What Malaysia's esports community is saying about EVO888
"I've followed MPL Malaysia since Season 1. When EVO888 opened esports markets, I jumped straight in. The markets are incredibly deep — first blood per game, total kills per game, highest-kill hero. No other platform goes that far. The app runs smoothly too, no lag even during live streaming."
"I've been following the Valorant pro scene for a long time, so I'm fairly confident analysing VCT markets. EVO888 offers pistol round markets — niche, but incredibly useful if you understand Valorant's economy system. The odds are competitive too, and my RM4,800 withdrawal cleared in under 10 minutes. Genuinely impressed."
"I run esports parlays on EVO888 — mixing MPL, VCT, and CS2 in a single slip. Once hit a 6-leg parlay and walked away with RM3,200 from an RM80 stake. The weekly cashback also helps cushion the rough weeks. Depositing via Touch 'n Go is the easiest — just tap and it's in within a minute."
